These terms govern your use of Plumb. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Plumb is an independent iOS app provided by Mohammad Aljarad. You can contact us at syrianapps.business@gmail.com.
2. Licence to use Plumb
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Plumb on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content;
- use the app in any unlawful way or in any way that could damage or impair it.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plumb offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions (Weekly, Annual, and a one-time Lifetime purchase). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple’s terms. We never receive or store your payment details.
- Paid subscriptions (Weekly, Annual) renew automatically until cancelled. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- A 7-day free trial is offered on the Annual plan. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple; if you’ve already used an introductory offer on the same Apple ID, you may be billed immediately. The Weekly plan has no trial.
- Manage or cancel any subscription in App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.
- The Lifetime purchase is a one-time unlock and is not offered via Family Sharing.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and over time.
5. Your data
Plumb stores your data on your device (and, only if you enable it, in your own private iCloud). We don’t operate servers or hold your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
6. Intellectual property
Plumb, its name, design, content and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you beyond the limited licence above.
7. Disclaimers
Plumb is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its posture estimates will be accurate for every body, device or setting. Posture sensing has real limits: for example, it cannot assess the lower back, and is intended only to build everyday awareness.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Plumb. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
